Spring 2021 in our off-grid tiny house “cabin” – during a blizzard April 20th! You can see our 6 solar panels, generator (tan cover), bird nest box, bird feeder, balcony with anemometer (wind speed), deck, and solar oven (green cover).

Since 2011, we’ve been trying to help both people and planet with our everyday choices, like what food we buy, what kind of house we live in, what jobs we do, and so on. We share what we’re learning and doing in order to make it easier for others to make a difference in whatever ways work for them, across a variety of good causes. Now we live in an off-grid tiny house on wheels, and work to protect Kessler Mountain’s Historic Johnson Farm in Arkansas. See our FAQ page for details.
