Master Naturalist Programs by State

Master Naturalist Programs by State*

*Please Note: there are typically multiple chapters within each state, and depending on available volunteer labor, a state’s chapters may or may not have a website. Their website may or may not have been recently updated, and their programs may change sponsorships and titles, such as Master Watershed Steward. Sponsors might be non-profits like the Audubon Society, Nature Conservancy, or various universities, but it’s always different. There are other similar programs, such as Master Gardeners, which often overlap with Master Naturalist chapters. Searching online is the fastest way to find contact information and determine if the chapter nearest you is active or inactive, and the curriculum contents.

I hope you have as much fun becoming a Master Naturalist as I did! 🙂
